  • How do I choose the right facial?

    You don’t have to have it all figured out.
    If you’re unsure which facial to book, choose the New Client OR Origin Facial. Every appointment begins with a personalized consultation, and your treatment will be customized based on your skin’s needs that day.

    Think of the service you book as a starting point—not a commitment. Adjustments or enhancements can be made during your visit to ensure the best results.

  • I'm a first time guest:

    Your appointment begins with a thoughtful consultation where we’ll talk about your skin, your goals, and any concerns. From there, your treatment is fully customized—there’s no “one-size-fits-all” approach here.

    You don’t need to prepare anything in advance. Simply arrive a few minutes early, comfortable and ready to relax. If you’re wearing makeup, it will be gently removed as part of your service.

    This is a calm, unhurried space designed for both results and restoration. If you have questions at any point, you’re always encouraged to ask—your comfort and understanding are part of the experience.

    We’ll also discuss home care and next steps at the end of your visit, so you leave feeling confident, informed, and cared for.

  • What should I do after a facial?

    For the rest of the day, avoid heavy sweating, intense workouts, steam rooms, or heat exposure. Skip exfoliants, retinoids, acids, or any active products for 48 hours unless otherwise directed. Keep your routine simple: gentle cleansing, hydration, and SPF.

    You may experience mild redness or sensitivity, which is completely normal and typically resolves within 24–48 hours. Drink plenty of water, avoid direct sun exposure, and allow your skin to rest so it can fully benefit from the treatment.

    Your facial doesn’t end when you leave the room—it continues as your skin integrates the work we’ve done. Thoughtful aftercare ensures longer-lasting results and healthier skin overall.

  • How do I schedule, reschedule or cancel an appointment?

    To schedule online use the book now button and follow the prompts. CRE uses Vagaro as a booking platform and you will be asked to create a profile. You can also go old school and call or text!

    Appointments are required and encouraged to prebook your next visit upon checkout

    To reschedule or cancel an appointment, you can login to your Vagaro account and manage there or you can text or call.

    An automated text/email is sent out 3 days and 24 hours prior to your appointment.

  • When should I schedule?

    Facials: Monthly

    HydraFacial or Glo2: Monthly

    Chemical peels: Monthly ( great to break it up with other treatments

    Waxing/ Tinting: Every 3-5 weeks

  • What forms of payment are accepted?

  • Where is CRE and where do I park?

    The studio is inside the Pure Gold building. Please enter through the door off the parking lot, go through the first door and lobby, then turn right.

    Parking is available in the lot off Brookside Ave. If the lot is full, overflow parking is available on Grant Street—enter through the back door labeled Innerglow.

  • What's the cancellation policy?

    As a courtesy to other guests as well as your Esthetician, please give 24 hour advanced notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment.

    in the event that you are running more than 15 minutes late, rescheduling will take place and you are subject to cancellation fees:

    In the event of a cancellation less than 12 hours or a “No Show” a reservation fee will be required when booking in the future. This fee will be applied to your bill at checkout, it is non refundable and if an appointment is missed again will be taken as a fee.

    Waxing 50% of service cost

  • Child policy / Additional guests

    Due to the delicate nature of the treatment room: hot wax, glass, chemicals, facial equipment, accommodations for children are unavailable. Guests under 18 years of age MUST have a parent/ guardian present at the initial appointment to give written consent. Guests must be at least 16 years of age for facial services. Facial waxing is permitted on a case by case basis and is up to the parent/guardian and Esthetician.

    Additional guests over the age of 18 are welcome to come as sit in the relaxation room while treatments are taking place.

  • I want a spa day for multiple people.

    When booking appointments on the same day for multiple guests in 1 party, a reservation fee is required and will be applied to the bill at checkout.
