On E Citrus Ave. between 8th & 9th, across from the YMCA

Parking is available on E. Citrus and on 9th Street. Parking is all curbside and can be full at times, please allow extra travel time before your appointment to find a spot.

FIRST VISIT

We ask that you please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment time in order to complete the necessary intake forms.

CANCELLATION POLICY

As a courtesy to our other guests and service providers, please notify us 24-hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

-In the event of a cancellation less than 12 hours or "no show" a reservation fee will be required when booking future appointments. This fee will be applied/ deducted to your bill at checkout, is non refundable.

* Fee Schedule; Facials & services above $70 total bill  = $25 reservation 

Waxing (service total under $70) = $10 reservation

-Appointment are required and we encourage you to pre-book your next appointment upon checkout.

-A reminder text and/or email is sent out the day before your appointment.

LATE?

Out of courtesy to other guests, your appointment will begin promptly at your scheduled time.

​

In the event that you are running more than 10 minutes late, rescheduling will take place, and guests become subject to cancellation fees.

MULTI GUEST BOOKINGS

When booking appointments on the same day for multiple guests in 1 party, a reservation fee is required and will be applied/ deducted from the bill at checkout.

CHILD POLICY

We love children, but due to safety hazards present in our environment such as hot wax, glass and chemicals, we are unable to accommodate children, unless they have a scheduled appointment.

Any Guest under the age of 18 must have a parent/guardian present at the initial appointment to give written consent. Guests must be at least 16 years of age for facial services. Facial waxing is permitted on a case by case basis and is up to the parent/guardian and Esthetician. Guest must be 18 or older for body waxing.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause but greatly appreciate your understanding in this matter.
